When he saw Umar-e-Sa'ad preparing an army to fight Imam Hussain (A.S) in a desert, Abdullah said to himself,' By God, I wanted to fight the infidels. I hope that near Allah, fighting against these people who are going to fight against the son of the Prophet (S.A.W) is not less than fighting against the infidels. He went to his wife and told her about his intentions. At night, both of them went out and joined Imam Hussain (A.S) on the night of 8th Moharram. His wife is also amongst the martyrs of Kerbala. After Abdullah was martyred, she came to his body and was wiping his face when Shimr(L.A) ordered his slave Rustam to kill her. She was martyred near his husband.
